ご記入頂いた情報は、大阪商工会議所の事業業務に利用するとともに、大阪商工会議所からの各種連絡・情報提供（Ｅメールでの事業案内含む）のために利用させていただきます。また、共催・協力団体に参加者名簿として提供するほか、当日の名札作成に利用させていただきます。これらについては申込者ご本人に同意いただいたものとして取り扱わせていただきます。また、企業・団体において、申込者ご本人に代わってお申込みをされた場合は、申込者ご本人から同意を得た上でお申込みいただいたものといたします。
＜Personal Information Policy＞
The information you provide will be used for the business operations of Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as for various communications and information from OCCI (including business information via e-mail). We will provide this information to co-organizing and cooperating organizations as a participant list, and we will use it to create name tags for the event. We will treat personal information as having been approved by all applicants. If an application is submitted on behalf of the applicant by a company or organization, we will assume that the application was submitted with the applicant’s prior consent.
